I know, I know - In Spellings PR of 8/14/14 we were told that distribution would be within days. Reread the PR and note that that was a comment by Spelling and not a quote by Vanis, Erza, or Strham. Lokk for 2-3 weeks for full distribution and rollout.

I would like to see more facts from the company! The Pr seems to be slow at best.
they need that store locator working!
Soon, in the coming weeks there will be so many stores selling VitaminFIZZ and Coffee Boost it will be hard to keep up with them all!!!

Proof is proof, they are starting to hit the local party stores shelves, which means more revenue

I worked with Marvin at Yard House Kansas City in bringing my own mixers to use for drinks.
They had to try the drinks prior to using them to mix to ensure there was not alcohol in them.

I've never seen that done personally, but maybe they will provide a forward looking statement...

Are they permitted to add an unoffical footnote to the Sept 10-Q showing this month sales?.

Going to take a while to reflect in the financials. The next 10-Q due middle of September will only cover May - July. So no recent sales from this month's VitaminFizz / Coffee Boost wouldn't be reflected there. You'll have to ultimately wait for the following 10-Q due mid December which will cover August - Oct months.
