I worked with Marvin at Yard House Kansas City in bringing my own mixers to use for drinks.
They had to try the drinks prior to using them to mix to ensure there was not alcohol in them.

Are they permitted to add an unoffical footnote to the Sept 10-Q showing this month sales?.

Going to take a while to reflect in the financials. The next 10-Q due middle of September will only cover May - July. So no recent sales from this month's VitaminFizz / Coffee Boost wouldn't be reflected there. You'll have to ultimately wait for the following 10-Q due mid December which will cover August - Oct months.
We know it's being shipped from there from the amazon sales, but from how I read the cc, it sounded like New York first. Referring to previous messages about emails to Drink King, sounds like they are working on sales right now with a soft roll out...
Anyone see FIZZ in Southern California yet? It's mid to late August already.

Just checking in to say my L/L Fizz arrived today. In the fridge chilling now.
I'm thinking we'll get something tomorrow maybe ... we know that they have Fizz in Cal. because that is where all the Amazon orders have come from so far and I'm sure it's in NY also from twitter pics that have been floating around. The launch is any day .... BOOOMMMM

They need to be on tons of shelves. A beverage company based on Internet Sales is not a good one imo.
