Something just occurred to me in my conversation with IR......
When it came to the subject of PR's , something was mentioned about weeks not months, and that perhaps one may include the License and merger with RXNB. My feeling was that the merger was dependent on the license....so, if Bill got phone conformation today, and it is ,'in the mail', then , that would give time to cross t's and dot I's for a PR , that would include both.
That way, the only real issue would be the up-list to a higher exchange and Audited financials. Man, this is gonna be a great rest of this year. IMO GLTA
