It's hard to imagine he'd just walk. Dadonna was a simple flunky and he got a year, most of which is electronic house arrest.
If Foley, who almost certainly reaped the vast majority of the profits of the mail fraud scheme, walks away while his obviously less guilty associate does time, that would be a travesty of justice.
One of the reasons Dadonna is less guilty is that he probably believed Foley when the latter said that he had a perfect right to sell game packs under the Ultracade name. That would make him more of a dupe than a conspirator. Seems to me they threw the book at him, probably because he failed to give them the smoking gun they felt they needed to bring down Foley.
So, the simple answer is that he almost certainly does some time, and if he doesn't, all Foleys present and future associates should be very, very careful when Foley asks them to commit crimes on his behalf, because he'll leave them to break rocks or make license plates or whatever it is federal inmates do while Foley drives sports cars and makes porn movies in Vegas.
