Yes, I reported the brief a few days ago being on time. Last second. The quicker the courts come back, might be worse for d.f..
From what I've been reading off site and on ihub from known reliable sources, d.f. could be asking for problems as this may allow the gov to reopen all the counts for jury trial. d.f. making deals for leniency didn't forbid the courts from re admitting all counts. Could be worse for d.f. now.
Also the brief, d.f. claims if he thought he'd still get prison time he would not have made the deals he did. I think it's a travesty of justice that any admitted criminal can make any kind of 'deals'.
the way i see it as investors get closer and closer to each owning a million shares the odds of manipulation get smaller and smaller. only 561 owners. as price drops my portion just gets bigger so keep shorting you will lose in the end!!!
