Well if it is just the name of the company, without any detail on the tech, the deal, etc., then that would indeed be a bit disappointing, unless of course that partner itself gives details
Another option would be for EPGL shareholders to be given shares of the NYSE corp and EPGL managers to be given R&D lifetime positions. I don't see EPGL being run as a subsidiary for very long, if at all. IMO of course.
Just my two cents: I believe that there needs to be more on this announcement than the mention of the 7B NYSE company... that news may be baked in already. At this time, there needs to be a mention of maybe SEC, up-listing, other partners, a mention of a big player (Google, Novartis, Apple, Amazon), etc... Just mentioning Cooper's (COO) for instance, won't cut the mustard.
What happens when EPGL technology is known to being developed by a company worth billions?

yep, and I did email them and Kiplinger did talk to EPGL around that time, they could not comment on if or when they would be mentioned in article as it is their company policy not to do so.

There was a small article concerning the future of medical industry. No specific company was mentioned unfortunately but I had personal confirmation from the author that epgl was indeed one of the new innovative start ups he had been interviewing.
And bid is up to .08 already which is another good sign.
