Seems to me the author receiving a bunch of free shares was the pumper just didn't get the chance to be the dumper. Oh well, shiz happens.

Awesome post. And lets not forget a fresh new court case is now pending... Our very own book author verses Alonzo. As we put aside the 1st court case until God knows when... here is what is going on in the next one:
The Author says Alonzo bluffed on 50Mm and gave his shares to the bad guy (bk2)
But...
Alonzo, by way of an Anonymous individual, leaked that the Author tried to have him buy worthless swampland... therefore, we can conclude the 50mm was voided and a pump and dump with bk2 was the only logical step.
But the author says he did all the hard work. Hes the reason Alonzo came back to temn and left texx. He chose BOOZ ticker for temn. Everything was his idea! How could AP leave everything they built together for a p&d finanacer!

ps: Pay no attention to the dwindling share price until all legal matters are solved and the chill is lifted. Only then can the true temn share price be reflected.

Well I will keep it simple and just say that taking advantage of any dips will provide a great opportunity. That's my feelings on that......quite simply. I think its time for the company to just put up and shut up now. I looked at late summer and fall as the time the that things really pick up.
It's possible but I'm sure his legal team is advising him on his best route.

So what you are saying is, you think AP held off on the launch due to the court case because he didn't want to start making money and then have to give "those snakes" a piece of it if he loses the case... So it logically follows that we won't see any product until the case is resolved? Is that your theory? And if TEMN loses the case, then presumably we won't see any product ever? Is that the "safe side" you are referring to?
Let's see, all the talk about the court case being a slam dunk, they won't ever show their faces blah blah blah! Well they did show up, the case is now ongoing. Do you think it's possible AP held back on the launch to be on the safe side? What is the company worth without product and sales? Not much so if (I highly doubt this will happen) what if TEMN lost the court case and had product and $ from sales and those snakes got a piece of it?
I think AP was smarter than that and decided to hold back a bit on the launch. What's 50% of zero? That's what those clowns could possibly get.
Production must be in the works IMO, I wish I signed a NDA so I could get a sample. But hey, that's ok I'll just buy a bottle soon enough when it hits the market with the money I actually worked for. GLTA. Go TSB
You know the sentiment on this board has turned bearish......strictly on a technical basis...we will get a bounce......maybe Secco was right.. he held that 35 mill shares since 2012..once it lifted from no-trade status..he got out I believe about .0020,s.....back in the day he was all over this board and S/P......As the World Turns......P/S Tex if you out there give ua a jingle
