Well..... We have a month left of summer, September 22nd I believe. Much can happen in that time. Just saying. I'm buying.

am not saying there won't be a launch, I'm just saying a TTB label approval is required to launch the product(s).
Maybe WOPR has it in their system. Who knows?

There is product. I got Blanco and Anejo.....
samples. I can't find TTB approval though. COLA searches can be tricky, but I can't find anything on Besado. I don't know if Flavorman goes through other "avenues" to get the product approved.
The use of the word "stimulants" can also be an issue, as I understand it. Regardless, without TTB approvals, there can be no launch. There may be approval(s), I just can't find any with an online search. They need one for each product (silver and anejo).
Let's be honest, they have yet to launch their "summer launch" and summer is almost over... AP cannot even get the share count under control. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes exactly, but the one thing I do know is after the buyins PR and the way AP has been "leading" over at top shelf, this is not a place where I want to invest hard earned money.
