EPGL is leading the advance MEMS technology design and product development for one of the largest companies in its field. A NYSE
The relationship has expanded under phase two and involves co -ownership of product technologies under development. All EPGL technologies are involved. The technology and products will be manufactured by the NYSE company branded under its name and distributed worldwide by that Company and others affiliated. EPGL's role is that of research, design, development and ownership of the various technology applications.
We are developing an "open source" platform with this company to enable many other organizations and entities to create new products with a new platform. EPGL shareholders should realize that this situation is very real and developing. We are getting very much closer to the time we can reveal all. This will happen no later than August 29, 2014.
EPGL is unlike any other OTC Pink Sheet company at this time. Shareholders are right to be excited about our future. By the way, EPGL and our partners could make an announcement sooner that August 29, 2014.

Google took glucose lens as far as they could. Now the "X" man is an ex-man. Enter Novartis to try to figure it out. But Novartis reached out to EPGL not long ago. So whose technology will dominate coming smart lens revolution?
EPGL is leading giants and focused on new smart lens technologies which will enable mass marketing in both health and consumer electronics well into the future.
Many companies and institutions stand to be enabled by our work. EPGL is working with the best in the business and more is to come by August 29, 2014. EPGL shareholders should be excited at the prospects. Have a wonderful weekend from EPGL team.

It can now be revealed that both Novartis and Google reached out to our development team members in recent weeks and months.
This fact should be a clue to the gravity and know-how of our team in both BioMEMS and manufacturing of smart contact lenses.
We intend to set the industry's standard with our enabling technology. Who are we teamed up with? Who will ultimately include EPGL originated technology within their coming smart lenses? August 29th or before, we intend to go into more details as we've previously announced.

Who has the sole power to manage the EPGL shares for AJW? Who is the only organization that can buy or sell EPGL shares? By the way, Mr. Hayes has first right of refusal on any sell.

If you're appointed as power of attorney for a piece of property essentially you own it.
On iHub, right above EPGL's share price, they show the company name as "Ep Global Communicat". Shouldn't it be "EP Global Communications"?
I understand that "Communications" was chopped off due to space limitations, but is the 'p' supposed to be lowercase or uppercase? Can you tell me the truth?

I agree 100%. This next week and the following will prove much of what we longs have been saying for some time now. IMO.
EPGL Medical has the knowhow to develop technologies which fit this coming new healthcare environment and enable industry leaders to capture market share with those advanced technologies.

Does anyone know how PWC is being compensated for their services?
PWC does not own any shares of record. Period. They are however the custodian of the AJW shares. Fact. Let's stop this pissing match already. We know what EPGL has and will prove soon.
PwC is in control of shares, own or not own -> they obviously control them , so arguing about "own" is it technically right to say the one controlling owns them or the one that is being controlled owns them?
Depends on interpretation, I just know the worlds largest accounting firm controls them, rest assured. EPGL also has first right of refusal on them.

Let's put it this way. PWC could easily be a shareholder just like the rest of us are and we just don't know about it? They control a good amount of the shares that court appointed to them. those shares are in PWC control to do whatever with. Thus it is on PWC if they make profit or loose the money. Court is not going to sit there and watch PWC trade. They are the ones on the line for the shares they control, thus they are happy with the large position in EPGL. Plus I'm sure PWC gets a nice cut of this stock moves up. All freakin logistics but the reality of the fact is that PWC is a huge player in this stock!
