Technically when you control something you own it...
Huh? That doesn't even pass a basic sniff test!
So you ARE stating that they manage it, and DON'T own it!
Major Shareholders are disclosed in their filings...
PwC IS NOT A MAJOR SHAREHOLDER!
Anyone can verify this in the filings...
Stock Barber PWC are the "Controlling Agent".

EPGL Stock Message Board http://investorshangout.com/EP-Global-Communi...PGL-87206/
I think late Friday and then the following Tuesday boom baby boom.
Here is the letter, they obviously have full control of them, that's what matters... Technically when you control something you own it...
It isn't his words... it is the interpretation of his words...
PwC manages EPGL shares... they were court appointed to do so... there is no evidence whatsoever that they own a single share...
I'll be happy to dig through the archives here and bring up posts where long time longs verify this fact...
Do I really need to?
That was the case and how we "thought' we understood it until the letter was written. Now we let the letter do the talking.
Seriously?
Anyone can dig through this board and read dozens of posts from long time longs stating unequivocally that PwC manages EPGL shares, but does not own them...
You are trying to verify something against PWC Ian Stokoe's own words. Hard to verify against a written testimony signed, dated, on letterhead, stating they are a shareholder.
Quote:
Not sure what there is to argue with this.
Um... because IT IS NOT TRUE! It may say that in that letter, but it isn't true.
C'mon... most of the longs here know I am telling the truth...
No one will verify the truth?
You are right there is nothing to argue. Hard for some to believe that PWC could be a shareholder of EPGL.
Yep! Says so in the letter he wrote to Hayes. Not sure what there is to argue with this.
Prove it! We have a letter (viking posted) stating that he does.
No, he doesn't...
PwC is NOT an EPGL shareholder.
I generally stay silent, but as a board moderator, I will correct posted falsehoods...
You better let Ian Stokoe of PWC know then. He seems to think they are a "major shareholder". Haha!
Well, you can lead a horse to water, but...
EPGL!
You say "control"... and that is correct... PwC DOES NOT OWN ANY SHARES!
This is not opinion, but an easily verified fact known by most longs...
Right?
PwC and EPGL insiders control of a majority of the O/S, that is fact.
PricewaterhouseCoopers is in control of those shares & appointed by the courts to do so. Same damn thing, except better as we have governing agencies watching closely. This is real and legit, please do yourself a favor and catch some.
The letter can speak for itself. You are one of the few that read it differently than the rest of us. No one is trying to mislead or hide anything. It is in plain sight for everyone to read. Ian Stokoe said it best. He would know better than anyone.
