Given that Elite’s generic NDA ART line takes less time and money to bring to market then Elite’s once daily ELI-216 product can you speak to what the current plans are for this product say for instance to partner a combo ELI-201 and ELI-216 together and how quickly you are planning to move forward with this product as there is no once-daily abuse resistant product on the market to date

Doug Plassche - Executive Vice President-Operations
Obviously that’s a very interesting question and I think about that a lot, to take products like this to market by ourselves would require a lot of money. Mr. Ward here thinks day and night on how he can get me another $50 million, but definitely all options are on the table and I have no issue and I have talked to other companies about partnering with us in order to cover the clinical trial cost

But But But But, Big Pharma loves Elite. Well maybe likes Elite? Oh No, Big Pharma could care less about Elite! I suspected it was all hype.

ELTP Stock Message Board http://investorshangout.com/Elite-Pharmaceuti...LTP-61177/

CEO has enough funds NOW for 4-5 ADT opiods. These drugs will be generating BILLIONS. No need for additional shares.

ELI-201 will launch my retirement
Its is clear that investors, long and otherwise, agree with the potential buyer that Elite is way over valued. Both are reflected one by no buyer and the other by the buy orders usually all way below the BID.
AMEN to all of that. CEO will attempt to go it alone if he has to issue 5B more shares. He apparently doesn't like generics but he liked them enough to dump 12 of them on to Elite for a very generous price, thanks to JT.
Why is Nasrat trying to be so cocky??? Just sign with a big pharma and be done with it.

He's going to end up screwing up the launch of ELI-200 or something else bad is going to happen.

We are too small to be thinking we can just do it alone.

WE CAN'T EVEN LAUNCH FDA APPROVED GENERICS ON TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nobody cares about where this stock goes tomorrow, next week, or next month.

Shareholders are waiting for the buyout so they get the MAX RETURN for their investment.

Call me when we get bought out.

Couldn't care less what happens until then.
As long as Elite and the FDA gets along well !!!! As far as a buyout, there of course must be an agreed price and Nasrat may feel Elite is much more valuable than a buyer feels it is ... Either way as long as Elite gets FDA approval we are in the $$$$$

IB_
Last week of August!! Let the good times roll! This week will be interesting with different parties jockeying for position before Autumn. Locked and loaded and ready for football and ELTP INCREASES!!!!!!
The longer Nasrat goes it alone the greater the value of ELITE becomes, and the lower the risk for the acquiring company.

Are you coinciding this with your appearance at the Rodman Conference to have substantial presentation there with new products from Elite.

Nasrat Hakim - President and Chief Executive Officer
That really sound like it is, but it’s not. The Rodman Conference is early in the month, its eighth through tenth I believe. And the results that we are getting will be towards the end of the month and the final the reports will be in October

Starting to look like Elite may not have that "ONE Big Pharma" partner merging or buying out Elite as Nasrat now says we are going it alone !!!!

IB_
Only ONE Big Pharma will end up liking ELTP.

The ONE who ends up partnering, merging or buying out Elite.

The rest don't need the competition ...

ELTP
living for ELI-201
Smells like heavy accumulation before the next run occurs that we all know is coming shortly.
TD Ameritrade is better.

Quote:
Yeah I agree ELTP GREEN $$$$$$$$$ in my fidelity account. Notice the lack of question mark. LOL LOL

JT extended a very lucrative good deal; way more than the previously non performance (not being produced) drugs were worth.
I haven't sold any shares either. Both Nasrat and I know the buyout is coming in a few years and that is what we are waiting for. Great minds think alike.
We don't know how far Nasrat was willing to bend either but I agree it sure looks that way !!!

IB_
Sadly Big Pharma didn't really like Elite all that much or the hype was just that hype.
