But, I did not check line by line and compare my posted link to IFU's info... there is always a slight chance it is both old and new??? But, I can't be sure. But at first glance it does appear to match the 2004 SEC filing.
As for googling, I entered the following into the search field and the Bayer link showed up fourth on list with no date, nor is date found when page is loaded:

Now I didn't want to sound too foolish talking about linkedin PAV lists, but I guess its a good time to mention that "Bayer" and Peegrinen are linked in other "non-tangible" ways so to speak.... but what does one do when they possibly see good fortunes in a companies future? They "follow" that company on linkedin... and I'll only list a couple as I don't like to just name names but hey... its the internet! The best way to isolate some names down are track the ones that follow "very few" biotech companies and include Peregrine, then one may backtrack to find why they possibly "follow" Peregrine. What happens when the pattern grows and includes more than a few "Bayer" employee names... ?? Hmmmmm
here is just a couple that just started following Peregrine in the past 30 days!:

We are also pursuing other vascular targeting agents, which exploit unique characteristics of tumors; these agents may be used to detect tumors or as potential therapeutics but generally do not cause acute vascular disruption. These studies are being pursued in collaboration with UT Southwestern Medical Center's Sally Ward-Ober, Ph.D., Alan Schroit, Ph.D., and Rolf Brekken, Ph.D., Raimund Ober, Ph.D. of UT Dallas; and were initiated with the late Phil Thorpe, Ph.D.

More interesting, is that the "PARTNERSHIPS" tab is Bayer... meant bare! ...and has been fully removed from the Peregrine website and Avid Bioservices website. There have been many website changes over the past year and now, the most recent one being the partnerships tab being removed would seem like the most logical last change before a partnership that could move Peregrine much closer to a BP in its own realm.
Hopefully it all means a new partner Soon
I like to observe that it takes confidence and not a little bit of courage to come out for a specific event like Kyoto and make a prediction or two. I don't see that coming from many others, including myself. And how easy it is to dismiss such courage as flippant and shallow.
