How long were they investigating information for the previous suspension? Maybe they're working on it again. Just sayin... Because the CEO's claims rarely (if ever) come to fruition. Not sure how much one can rely on the FB posts and Twitter tweets.
Boy... if they gave an Oscar for KMAGination it would be most deserving. More and more excuses for Jeff and total BS about the SEC and how it is holding KAMG hostage...which we all know are totally BS posts. The only time the SEC is spending on KMAG now is finishing up it's investigation so it can slap Jeff with further enforcement action and get him bared from the securities industy for life. Having a lot of money invested in KMAG stock has nothing to do with Jeff being honest or credible, and his total silence and letting others post for him on Facebook shows how little he really cares for share holders. He relies heavily on the fact that the SEC can not monitor social media, and as a further precaution lets others post for him. Soon this master scam man will be shut down for good and no matter how much you have invested will not make Jeff innocent. As many have said show some proof of a business, contracts etc. Jeff does not attend major RFID conventions and conferences, yet claims to be a leader in the field where nobody knows his name.

No one believes the reedz has this "under control"
No one believes the form 10 is filed.
No one believes there is nss here.
No one believes the reedz have audited fins.
Anyone believing otherwise would have already reported this to the OIG etc. Put your money where your mouth is, so to speak.

I know for a fact that just because the agencies/agents have rules or policies that the form 10 is supposed to be viewable after the filings are submitted , does not mean they (agencies/agents) actually follow these rules !!
Just one of many policies/rules the Agents/Agencies has broken is ..... Looking at explicit material on the computers at the SEC office. They ( agents/agencies) aren't supposed to do this , yet they did !!
They have been busted for wrongfully suspending companies and lost the court cases !!
So yes, I can honestly say that the Agencies/Agents could be and are holding the form 10 from being seen !!

I thought jr had this under control. This post would indicate otherwise. If the SEC is holding the 10 hostage, then the reedz don't have anything under control.
Under control? He hasn't said a word about it since promising his "shareholder letter" over 3 weeks ago.
Now if a shareholder wasn't absolutely and completely convinced that JR, in fact, submitted the Form 10 to the SEC...then I could understand a reluctance to call them on it...
Otherwise how will the SEC feel any pressure to do anything???
