Every weekday morning I begin my MCIG routine by going to http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
and typing in vitacig to see if the current S-1/A has been filed. Next, I practice preparing myself for when the above S-1/A has been officially filed by clicking on the following link to look for the official Notice of Effectiveness

Just reading what I typed above makes me laugh and the funny thing is that I actually do it...
