You don't get it, do you... There is dilution,

There is dilution, but it is used to improve the balance sheet and make progress possible. And even though there is some dilution, it is minimal. Why do you think companies go public?
Look at the company MINE, they have an O/S of 2,443,429,701 shares and trade at the same price as MRIB.
MRIB has 5 times less shares and already paid a dividend to its shareholders (which I am still holding), which also increased the O/S by 21M.
The dilution is part of why the stock price decreased, however, there has also been bashing combined with shorting 24/7 over the past 4 months. And because of these @ssholes, the company had to dilute more to get the same price. If the bashers and shorters wouldn't have crushed the stock, there would've been less dilution too.
Most of the bashers are gone, cause they can't make any money anymore. Berg is still here, because he can't take being turned down by the company as a man.
Now, will you please stop your rookie posts and try to understand how it really works?
Thank you.
