Many of us are probably wondering why a loving God

Many of us are probably wondering why a loving God would allow such horrible things to happen, such as the beheading of innocent people, raping and murdering young girls and slaughtering small children. I don't know and no one knows but God. But He knows what He is doing and has not let the train run off the track. In Isaiah, He said., For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. This has gone on for thousands of years, from Nero in Rome to Hitler in Germany to the ISIS and hamas and jhadists all over the Middle East. Jesus' followers ask him when would the end of the world be, and Jesus answered saying no one knows, not even the angels, but the Father only. But He gave us signs to look for, and I believe the signs are close. Read Ezekiel 38-39. It could be soon. I can't think of anything greater than standing before Jesus in Heaven and Him saying , "well done, O good and faithful servant." Have a blessed Sunday.
