BN just catching up reading posts from the last couple of days. I see we had some more good news ! But I had some question along the same lines as some of the other posters. Maybe you can help me figure it out
Okay news says that Genius Biotech will be going public with it's own symbol, How will they be connected to Bud Genius if they are a separate company?
Think Ford Motor Company - owners of Lincoln, Mercury and Volvo (*get the picture?).
Couldn't we have kept the two companies together under one symbol, how will they be different from each other? That is possible, YUM is a good example of that.
When Genius Biotech goes public because they are a subsidiary company to us does that mean we get a few shares of Genius Biotech ? Follow my posts yesterday and the day before.
And because Geninus Biotech is probably going to get all the attention since they will be the new kid on the block how would that help the price of RIGH/Bud Genius ? I don't believe that to be the case. Plenty of MAJOR changes underway with Budgenius.com. However, for further concerns follow my posts yesterday and the day before.
What would keep people from holding back the money they would have invested into Bud Genius and invest it in the new company Genius Biotech instead ? Nothing. Could that be why the price did not go up on the news everyone is waiting to invest in Genius Biotech? Doubtful, MMs will run RIGH when they are ready to run RIGH. Again, follow my posts on this subject.
I kind of wish the two would have just been under the same umbrella and the one symbol so people would not have their attention diverted to a new company when RIGH is so close to getting everything done to change their name symbol etc. I guess I will have to save some money to invest in Genius Biotech too
