I can't find 'primary caregiver service' anywhere. Do you mean 'primary caregiver' ? Emerald can't be one of those, no way.
I thought they were just going to grow weed and sell it to dispensaries. Now you're making me very nervous. It's almost like Emerald is making up their own laws.
