I've communicated with Mr. Schneiderman at least six times in the past year by email. One time he called unexpectedly just to "check in with me". He is quite the professional. With all the attempts I've made to communicate with CEOs over the past three years investing in stocks, I have never seen a CEO so responsive to investors.
