No it is not a scam, but there are a lot of people who post here constantly trying to say it is a scam. I've never seen so many people interested in a scam before.
Anyone telling you audited financials are coming is lying to you and wants you to buy shares in this family run scam.
Original CEO admitted felon who is trying to get out of going to jail with high powered lawyer. He's still actually running the company as he hired his brother with no tech. experience to take over the CEO position. NTEK. also bought his brother's business Ice Sculpting and that is part of their business model. Nice fit huh? Many, many family members has gotten tens millions of shares for doing nothing. One family member got over 25 million shares while he was fully employed at another job. No proof of any number is accurate because this is a form 15 company so they don't even have to file reports even though investors already had money lined up for audited reports they still decided to go dark. Last year and at this years SHM stated audited reports soon. Wait and see when nothing comes and they give you another excuse. By the way the original financials were actually put together by the admitted felon brother. Be very careful with penny stocks especially form 15 and any red flags.

I was really enjoying witnessing all the wasted time and effort spent on failed attempts to discredit NTEK.

Looks like another bait and switch by ntek shillery machine and skymedia has NOTHING about ntek anywhere on any of their web site pages. skymedia itself looks a little shaky as it's difficult to find anything about them that's not from their own site. Much like ntek.
