Medical Cannabis Holdings plans grow Colorado buildings
Medical Cannabis Holdings Inc., formerly known as International Consolidated Companies Inc., has entered into a binding letter of intent to build a 5,000-square-foot building in Salida, Colo. This facility will be the first of what the company believes will be several buildings it plans to construct with the company’s proprietary turnkey hydroponic system.
The Sarasota-based company expects to lease the buildings to licensed marijuana growers.
“We believe this should be the best and highest use of the GroPro Systems Inc. technology and are excited to move to a definitive lease back agreement in the coming weeks,” Antonio Uccello III, Medical Cannabis Holdings’ chairman and CEO, says in a press release. “Management believes revenue should be significant.”
At the same time, the company reported because of an unforeseen death in its accountant’s family, the company would be delaying filing its financial statements.
Medical Cannabis Holdings is a publicly traded company focused on acquiring and operating businesses and technologies in the medical marijuana market.

GM, Davyd Field has many talents. He is valuable to any company. He can go anywhere. But he chose to come to INCC. He came to PRP*. They had everything going for them. Davyd created their webpage and everybody was more than satisified. He is very talented at that. THe company got into a global lock and Davyd ran before his name got tainted. He knew it was going to be awhile before the lock got lifted. Its still in place. Davyd works overtime for the company he is tied to. Very hard worker. He is out of Long Beach California and I can just imagine the connections he has in that state. INCC is gonna put a smile on all the shareholders faces. People are arguing when the best time is to get in. Saying its due for a pull back. I say jump in its going alot higher. Don't get left in the dust.

A doctor who struggled to find a cure for his daughter’s epilepsy is now a proponent of what had been utterly out of the question before — cannabis oil treatment.
The Christian, conservative Dr. Tom Minahan previously had his doubts about marijuana.
“You work in the ER and your perspective of people changes a little bit,” Minahan told TheBlaze. “I see drugs. I see drug overdoses all the time. I threw marijuana in the same category.”
When his 11-year-old daughter Mallory’s condition worsened, however, and all other options had been explored and exhausted, Minahan changed his stance after researching.
“I just started looking around and thought maybe she’d have to smoke it,” Minahan said. “I looked into it further and found the oil.”
“Within 36 hours, she was a different kid,” he added.
Cannabinoid oil is a non-psychoactive derivative of marijuana, which has reduced Mallory’s seizures to two “within the last 4 1/2 weeks,” while “ he used to have 30 to 40 a month.”
The ordeal has caused the doctor to the change his mind on how marijuana is classified and he feels that medical marijuana products, like the oil, should be available to kids just like Mallory.
“I just want my kid to survive,” Minahan said. “Other kids in parts of country are unable to be treated with this stuff … that’s sad.”
