Perpetuating the negativity isn't going to do anything positive for the share price.
So let's talk about something positive:
After the FAA reviews everything that Baltia recently completed in Phase II they will receive their FAA letter admitting them into Phase III. It seems to me that it took the FAA exactly two calendar weeks to provide the letter. (Meeting on March 28, 2013 - letter delivered by hand at a subsequent meeting on April 10, 2013. Baltia issued the PR the following day.
Given that the requirements to satisfy Phase I requirements were largely administrative, it may take longer than that to review everything that recently transpired. I still agree that the beginning of September is a good target date to get the Phase III news.
