I agree. Every time a company announces an increase in A/S the investor confidence is damaged tremendously. But do you have any information as to whether the management is considering a reduction in O/S in the bear future? Thank you.
MTVX - When they do retire those shares..this will immediately jump to silver and beyond...shhhhhhhush....it's not time yet...That's their ace in the hole...you are spoiling the surprise..Be patient...

if there are no more toxic financiers involved in APT
First of all, let me make an important point about what you seem to think "toxic" is. Other than IR, who are the "toxic" financiers on MTVX? Do you realize EVERY lender/investor of MTVX has paid a considerable premium as EVIDENCED by the additional paid in capital?
Let me give you some math for you to consider and you can tell me if MTVX lenders are "toxic" and/or if the term "toxic" should mean something else for a different situation.
Additional paid in capital = $32 million
O/S: 6 billion
on average, this comes out to: $0,0053 per share paid above par Do you think the lenders/investors/legacy investors want a return better than $0,0053 or what?
Second point: It is better to keep the A/S at 20 billion for a issuer like MTVX. A common mistake made by inexperienced CEOs in this space is that they do not reserve enough A/S from the beginning and keep going back to increase it which destroys shareholder sentiment hence share price. It is a well known reality that public companies on the OTCM need to issue many shares due to unavailability of traditional financing. It is idiotic and misleading to make the public think that a pink issuer or a penny stock will not dilute. To increase A/S continuously is more damaging than having a big reserve. For this reason, it is my humble opinion that it is perfectly fine for MTVX to leave the A/S as it is until they grow their top/bottom revenue lines and at that time, they can address the S/S accordingly. The company has to learn to walk before it can run.
Thank you for explaining this so clearly. We appreciate your effort
Like it or not, this is an appealing channel to trade in
IR will never get the remaining shares because this will never hit .01 again. The 8k shows more toxic financing...how is this a good thing?
From the filing it does seem that IR will be done very soon. If that is true then it means MTVX will go to 1 cent ($.01) very soon too. Interesting.
So let's review.
New orders coming in regularly AND globally.
New settlement agreement with IR which supersedes all previous contracts.
