$9 for 24 bottles of water that your kid's love is cheap...
Don't forget it's also healthy...
i realize there are people who would rather have their kids drink tap-water, but these are also the same folks who just let their kids take sugar-juice or soda in their lunch..
what's my point?
Anyone looking for water specifically for their kids, will certainly pay $9 for 24 bottles of it...

Yes it is. Publix requires nda to be in sales related communications. I'm happy that rico still owns 300m common shares of his former employer's company.

I agree the water is a little heavy in the price area but that will get addressed with supply availability. Everything starts off high and then when they are cranking out product it will settle to be competitive. We will see, but worth the shot here...
Why should anyone care if there is an NDA at this point?

From what i am able to tell and my experience is people dont like to buy in the trips. We need to rise with steady accumulations with news. I believe its time to add too ours before this starts the next legs up . Folks that buy are more subjected to buy at a penny PPS and continue too. When as when this is to hit the radar. As it would be a huge mistake to go down furthers as you see most aren't even watching s this one.
Of course they won't, the PH water i buy isn't even sold at Publix and it's the #1 brand on the market...
$PLKD is pursuing Publix hard via C&B Distributors...
yes, Publix is getting more press here on I-hub, but this product will sell anywhere they get shelve space...
as Rico said on the conference call and has stated publicly elsewhere..
$PLKD is working to place this product on the shelves all over the country wherever kids can be found..

It is very common knowledge to anyone in the business of making deals with large companies that Non Disclosure Agreements are normal process of being introduce to a companies corporate ways of working.
This NDA would certainly be in place, why would anyone need proof?
Your post reference also the prior confirmation of possible NDA, who cares?
Our frickin' CEO came right out and disclosed that PLKD is in talks with Publix now...
Knowing this, what else would confirmation of a NDA being or not being in place bring to the table.

all this said, i'm sure the is an NDA in place because I deal with corp america on a daily basis..
at very minimum, the NDA would say something which would translate in layman terms to..
"i agree that i'm not a spy for a competitor looking for information to either hostilely take-over or otherwise cause financial damage to Publix. I also agree to not disclose any specific financial details surrounding the ongoing negotiation with Publix."

absolutely spot on. I stated that a week or so ago. PLKD will not cease to exist if they dont get the Publix deal. There are thousands of other BIG chain stores out there that PLKD would fit right into. So let the Publix negotiations take its course, and if that falls through.....oh well, on to the next BIG chain.
IMO Publix will be a done deal sooner or later.
That's my 1 for the day.

Why is everyday the same here. No mater what store the water goes to, the pps will always be the same. Nobody wants shares over .0011. and everyone wants to sell shares at .0011

with Publix. He told me they are in
negotiations and cannot discuss details.
He called me last week after I emailed.
And no, I will not give out his name etc.
You can believe me or not, no matter, just

find info and call Publix to verify as I did.
