You must believe that SAIC made their own assumptions but is just completely incompetent. So is SAIC incompetent or are they just one of the colluding entities trying to drive PTOI out of business?? How is it that Mr. Bordynuik only hires incompetent people and companies or those trying to drive him out of business??
