I understand your concern. I am down on BMSN and would love to see an increase there. but my personal attention is on Regen. if i were to just keep one eye open, it would be on Regen. It seems, from the filings and discussion here, that the value (or potential value) is on Regen. The company has sent the messege that they have vested time and money to give BMSN owners exclusive shares in the science and success of their efforts. Nothing is a 100% and that is the risk. But the messege they send those of us "in the dark" aka-the risk of investing in the unknown, is they believe THEIR chances to be good, as they went through the trouble and expence of offering the shares. Sure, if they were to give us little updates, BMSN would go up and down. BMSN is no longer the lead here though. Regen is carrying the risk now for the company. Now, when things reveal them selves in a good way, longs with shares in Regen will see value, and as value is generated there, so also will value be generated in the "owner" (BMSN) therby giving those without Regen but with BMSN shares, increased value.
In short, I don't believe the market value of Bio-matrix Scientific to be the companies main focus at this point in time, or at least my main focus. It is the follow-through of Regen's momentum into the open market with promising news and current filings that will drive this. August is not over yet. After Regen is on the open market, then is when I will watch BMSN more closely.
I understand your outlook. While the above is my opinion, I'm still disapointed about the share price and wondering what the heck is going on. But i have to remember why I got into this, the DD, and give value to that. Despite some opinions, I don't see ANY red flags, just my own eagerness and curiosity that wears at me sometimes. Nothing has been confirmed or disconfirmed yet. so i'll bet on the waiting game while they keep thier ducks in a row.
