How else could you describe a lawsuit judgement?
I hope Ed is sincere about making good...but been there with the promise of books many times. It's not a good track record.. Missing the promise deadline does not garner trust...
I'm looking forward to the national media attention once the MJ app is launched! I know this is not an MJ stock, but that angle will get us the most free attention!

Not long enough to make a promise that has not been kept. Once it is done and submitted to the SEC as a filed document it takes no time for them to put it on edgar for public view...If it aint ready the back end work is not done...

Not sure how simply asking what the lawsuit was or why it was not disclosed on financials is a "detrimental tone". If was no big deal, it should have been addressed. Please ask IR to tell us what it is.

Agreed, will be interesting to see if the CPA follows GAAP and reclassifies. This is the point of an audit and I'm okay with a restatement as long as it's addressed.
The CA "Fix"
The corporation is both domiciled and "doing business (office, employees, sales)" in California. Both actions require qualification of a foreign corp. This is not even disputed by MYEC as they have acknowledged they should be and stated paperwork has been filed (August 12, 2014)

Please identify the specific actions the company has taken to violate the rules of Foreign Corporations transacting intrastate business in California, and on what date they first occurred. Please be certain to state whether the actions are on the exemption list.
I am willing to contact IR with your facts if you are uncomfortable with this solution.
how long does a form 10 take to complete and then how long once submitted till we hear about it
