They're not answering phone calls or e-mails because, according very public documents, they have no money to continue operations, they have furloughed all their staff, they have shut down the plant, and no currently-functioning product to sell ...

BTW: We heard the exact same excuses regarding EXPH.

4kids: Remember EXPH? They went completely dark (for good reason, they were a scam), and yet we heard "I've no trouble talking to them" (which was probably true, but not through legitimate public channels) and "Of course they're not answering bashers like you!".

I'm going to have to pass this one on this weekend to my friends .... otc pinky companies that have shut their plant, laid off everyone, have a fundamentally broken product that the main proponents refuse to fix by paying a simple parking ticket amount, ... do so because they're receiving too many phone calls ..... too funny for words.
