At least it won't be received as up-front licensing revenue. But the long term benefits of MyECheck owning GreenPay can't be denied...if they realize the large transaction volume that we anticipate when the app (finally) launches then that revenue will be recouped as processing revenue. Also, this gives MyECheck the ability to possibly sell the GreenPay subsidiary in the future and potentially make a lot more money on the deal.

Many points I bring up are not so small, but I guess that's a matter of opinion. However, when businesses miss a lot of small easy things, that actually worries me more than missing one big thing. CA Sec State still not "fixed" per the state website, asking for details of a recent lawsuit judgement being deleted on FB, no disclosure in PRs regarding related party transactions (although it was mentioned in annuals). I also question the timing of recognizing the licensing revenue, but that's just the CPA in me and knowledge of GAAP. FYI, $400K of that "revenue" will never be received. Instead it will be canceled out for the "purchase" of GreenPay.

Just to be clear, I completely understand your opinion. I agree that we do need more clarification on certain matters, but it seems that a lot of the points that come up on this board aren't as dire as they are made out to be.
MyECheck is making money, they are hiring employees, they are catering to shareholders (maybe too much), and they are a legitimate business that has been vetted by the federal government.
As for all the small suff... don't sweat it.

My mistake, BOD. I can't remember ever being allowed to vote on the BOD for a pinky stock either...
During the AGM, the CEO and management will report on the state of the business, the financial performance, and the direction of the Company. Shareholders will elect the Board of Directors and vote on budgetary and business affairs of MyEcheck, Inc.
