Many have expressed interest in Bud Genius to me, but have shied away due to uncertainty. I told Angel point blank, "had this been my first introduction to RIGH, without further and deep due-diligence, I would not invest because of the O/S count." Angel needs to clarify the long-term intent of Sal's shares, but my thought is - this situation will be sorted along with the name and ticker change.
