The chart is irrelevant, and will continue to be so, until the BOD starts producing revenue. Continuing to hire new talent is great, so long as that talent is doing something towards that goal. To date, all we have is the same old story,
"Did you see the mess we had to clean up?"
"That previous BOD were grossly negligent..."
"We're building a world-class team."
"Surrounding ourselves with industry gurus..."
"Presenting at trade shows.."
Blah, blah blah. I don't say that to sound condescending on the effort, but those are the words of the stock market. While their moves have been nice, THEY ARE THE BARE MINIMUM for all successful companies listed.
We must stop patting our BOD on the back for the clean-up work they've accomplished. That story is now VERY old, and will do nothing to advance our wares. It's been months since the recent trade show activity and what do we have to show for it?
Revenue folks. Plain and simple. It's far time this BOD began generating some...The rest is just noise.
