RapiMeds is pretty simple to figure out. Bob Schniederman collected millions of dollars (just reference the Q's & K's for 30+ convertible notes, Ironridge, "Core" investors, and all the other discounted stock Bob sold out the back door). Yes, millions of dollars and not one Tab has been bought, produced, sold, or shipped. A colossal LIE from the beginning that we all bought on. McKesson a lie, Probenecid guaranteed government contract a lie.Capricorn a lie. China a lie. RapiViagra a lie. SCRC according to the last Q has live PO's for Rapimed since last March. It also says 'NO ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED" Why? Because it is all bunk, and always has been. Why is Ironridge suing? Because they gave SCRC over a million dollars to PRODUCE RapiMeds. Did that happen, NO. We were all lied to and (and still are) sold a bill of no-goods by Bob Schniederman. Now we are to get all excited about compounding, another new business idea that has money swapping back and forth between companies that SCRC corporate council owns and that of other related parties. Does this seem on the up & up? I personally don't believe any of it. I am just hoping that the obvious pumpers of this stock can do their job and get the pps up to where I can break even, heck even close to even to get out of here and watch the carnage from the sidelines, because it is coming.
All pumpers use rhetoric like, "my contention", "I believe", "My personal opinion", "A couple days of volume like this and I think these levels will be cleaned up", "By end of month we should be $.13/share", "Next quarter should be clear skies" "To the moon" "Hop on board this train is taking off" "Lock'em up and hold'em" and also use vulgarity directed toward other posters who contradict or challenge what they are pumping.
All pumpers bash people like CHP on the other board who actually use facts from the Q's & K's and track shares that are unlocking each month, who looks at expenses and real revenues, not speculating on what SCRC might report for August numbers. If you use facts and technical analysis of those facts you will get bashed. Talk about the never ending dilution, you get bashed with "show me another OTC stock that, blah, blah, blah" Another retort to the never ending dilution, "All those shares have been absorbed" hahaha... absorbed, yeah ok.
