Yo, Flex! DNDT is one I have been accumulating a lot lately. First of all, it's a low-floater - 40M float, but we believe about 25-30M is in cert. form and not free-trading. I have almost 1M myself so far, and I know there are others with large, long positions.

DNDT was not reporting for a couple years until earlier this year. They got current with filings, reduced the A/S from 2B to 800M, and have authorized 40M preferred shares for planned acquisitions. They currently have just one subsidiary, Best Balms, which in itself is already profitable. There are several other acquisition deals getting worked on, which should substantially grow the company.

DNDT is attempting to put together a sizable holding company - has the same management as JAQC, which not too long ago ran from under .01 to over $1.00.

A couple months back, DNDT had a mini-run from sub-penny to .06. Chart is looking ready to do it again - only catalyst needed is a new surge of volume. I know there are others trying to accumulate or have DNDT on close watch. There is no dilution, and like I said, the float is held very tightly. Bring some volume, and it will start running hard, IMO. At the first hint of breaking out, more and more volume should come, and the supply of shares could get very thin quickly.

A lot like SMKY and ISML, only better with existing positive earnings.

Hope you can join us.
