well I think a lot of people want in on INCC they are just looking for a good entry but INCC doesn't retrace, and with the recent findings the board dug up it's not going to.
In fact buying will continue as management continues to update shareholders through social media and PR's....
plus with the share reduction on sept 1st and current any day, now is the best time to buy before big investors buy up these shares of INCC once the caveat is gone....
So this is conformation of the share retirement thats going to happen on 09/01/2014?
