About HIMR:
1. We have a legal concession on Lake Bayano next to CoastEcoTimbe
r of approximately 2,400 acres.
2. Surveys have shown perhaps as much as 30% of our timber is Rosewoods, cocobolo and espave, probably the most sought after, expensive wood anywhere.
3.We have now obtained the legal permit to log.
4. We have the patent rights to the Tigerlynk-won't go into all the details of what this technology will mean.
5. We have a road to the lake and a landing site completed.
6. We have a 1 million dollar PO from NorthCal sitting on our table.
7. We have an outstanding partner in Pedro Barquet and B & B Madera and an excellent relationship with the Kunas-very important fact.
8. We have some sort of relationship with HEMP, which we do not know yet how this will effect us.
What we don't know for a fact:
1. Has logging and milling started- (I personally believe it has ).
2. Has a share buy back been done or currently being done.
3. Do we have any financial arrangements to start the Tigerlynk.
4. Do we have other concessions lined up ( I personally believe we do ).
Seems to me we have a lot we already know that should lead to big gains-just need himr to PR us on what has and has not been done yet. Still waiting.
