VFIN - I have not seen her on the ASK for over 6 m

VFIN - I have not seen her on the ASK for over 6 months. Normally, she is sounding off, "Warning, Warning, Warning Will Robinson. Danger." But not always. She is a well known diluter, for sure. But she just showed up out of the clear blue today.

Let me show you what happened when she showed up at a sister-stock a few weeks back:
