The bashers just haven't figured it out have they! LOL If they stopped posting and the price had fallen as low as it has, then we all would have probably sold up and gone our separate ways.
This was how Rjbluesky got me interested in this stock two years ago. Even then he said he'd never seen any stock where there were so many folks bashing the stock 24/7. That remains consistent today even. Well at least they are hap[py talking to themselves!
I think that they are going through the application process to list the company on another exchange - anywhere outside of the USA. Momoraptor who was clearly in touch with the company directly, and spoke about this at length in several posts before he stopped posting.
Why did Momoraptor stop posting - it's so simple - to allow Novamex to exercise its debt conversion rights, they decided to let the bashers bash the price down to next to nothing so that Novamex could once again buy a controlling interest in the company. It has succeeded. In all honesty, all they would really need to do is just issue themselves some unregistered shares to make sure the shares held by Novamex were 75% of the total OS!
Why did SRGE release news on the 26 of December - because they found out that Kinross - who signed a valid legally binding contract, had never had any intention of paying between $550 - $650m for the company. Kinross, thought they would just buy 75% of the shares instead and take unconditional control of the company.
SRGE found out what their real plans were and deliberately released the news on 26 December as they knew it would create a run on the stock, making it impossible for Kinross to buy 75%. They were right. It worked!
Kinross's name in the mining industry is now like poop because they reneged on their agreement, and their share price reflects that. However, it was easier for SRGE to just walk away than spend years fighting Kinross in court. It's not like you'd really want to sell to a company like that anyway!
I think the company is still planning it's listing elsewhere. Going by how long it has taken ICBT to complete the same brand new listing from scratch I think we will hear something in the coming months.
So I'm holding the rest of my shares and if some other plays come in I might divert funds from those to buy more again here.
