That PTAH-PR was issued only on OTC-Market Website.
The answer i got about 6 months ago was that:
Since last January OTC Market PRs are in PDF Format.
And IHUB cannot receive that kind of format.
We'll see if you have a different answer.
Maybe things changed now, but i doubt it.
Looking forward to know what the answer will be when you post it...

GM all! I have submitted the question of why it has not showed up on IHUB to Admins. When I get a response I will post it. Lets end the week strong!
