Northstar Global Business Services, Inc., owns and operates MedGen Health Products, a division set up to continue the company's original mission to manufacture, sell and license healthcare products, specifically to the market for alternative therapies (health self-care).
The Company's flagship product to date has been SNORenz(R), a throat spray which reduces or eliminates the sounds ordinarily associated with snoring. SNORenz(R) is free of artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Its patented ingredients, technology and manufacturing process, delivers consistent and measured droplet spray mists directly to the back of the throat, lubricating the uvula and soft palate that vibrate with each breath. SNORenz? was sold until 2008 through Direct Marketing (DRTV) and Direct to Consumer (DTC) programs by way of the company owned web sites, affiliate programs and various TV Commercials and Print advertising campaigns. The company also sold through retailers and wholesalers nationwide. The Company also marketed Good Nights Sleep TM . Good Nights Sleep TM is a liquid throat spray formulation for sleep aide. The company has two versions of formulations, one is all natural and the other uses the popular diphenhydromine as an active ingredient, "Good Nights Sleep[TM] was the first spray liquid in this category to enter the US market. Although production of these products stopped in 2008, the company's new "MedGen Health Products" division has been recently formed to re-deploy sales of both products and continue with the development of new products in the same industry.
