Went back celts and read the last paragraph that you supposedly can't answer for a lack of understanding.. I'll use your 101 approach..
If THIS company was going to financially collapse without you and the core coming in to rescue it... did you guys just toss them a bucket of money or did you get a chance to sit down and ask so hard questions? ( which would be normal)
If you did sit down and ask questions at the time the PP's were offered Rapidmeds was the product this companies future was dependent on...
If getting to do some extensive DD you decide to go forward with the PP then all the sudden Rapidmeds is a non starter
and the company is now a compounding company most thinking people would be more than a little pssed as to what happened here..
What I am thinking is that NO DD was done a group pitched in money and waited for some timed PR's to make back their PP and original investment then will ride off into the sunset change their handles and laugh all the way to the bank with unsuspecting peoples money...
Hope that is spelled out well enough for you... So go aead spell check and grammar check as I don't make money on that stuff I KEEP my money by recognizing people that are misleading,, try to watch for a good exit point and run....
Don't feel bad though as there are guys on every OTC board that claim what a great management team their company has as they ride it to sub zero..... I've been around too many years and have seen it all too often
