The FRZT website update also states “release is listed below and can also be found on the GREE Web site.”
Upon verifying GREE’s website, it is clear that FRZT’s investor’s update on their website is 100% real!

No surprise, Asher is hailed as the kiss of death.
Nothing wrong with FRZT’s business, just the WRONG move by INEXPERIENCED management, which happens all the time.
The good companies with legit business soon LEARN THEIR PAINFUL ASHER BUTT-@#$% LESSON.
What did a good business like FRZT do? SEVER their RELATIONSHIP with ASHER, PAYING OFF ALL THEIR ASHER DEBT!!!

NO PROBLEM with that, filing this MATERIAL EVENT something even more SOLID or TRUSTWORTHY than NEWS!!
Just that without putting out an announcement with 8K, the GREAT MATERIAL EVENT just doesn’t get as much LIMELIGHT.

On November 2, 2012, we paid off two (2) 8% Convertible Promissory Notes previously outstanding to Asher Enterprises, Inc. The outstanding principal balance on the two notes combined was $85,000, plus accrued interest of approximately $7,600, and a prepayment penalty of approximately $37,400, for a total payment amount of $130,000.
As a result of the payoff of these two (2) notes, plus the conversion of all of the principal and interest on a third note previously owing to Asher Enterprises, Inc., we have no convertible promissory notes outstanding to Asher Enterprises, Inc. at this time.
