Probably 75% of the companies on Amazon are not sold BY Amazon. This is nothing new. It is sold ON Amazon. Most sellers on ebay also have stores on Amazon. It's another way to make sales.

Publix has said it themselves that there is no deal! Interpret their messages however you want bottom line there is no publix! I wsh ppl would just stop with the publix fluff already its been months if it happens let it be a surprise but dont count on it!

Read all the past posts and connect the dots. The only way they don't make it to a Publix shelf is if Publix review staff denies the product. That's just the way I see it. I've been holding for over 3 months.

What patents?
They can't patent the water. They CAN copyright the characters.
However, IMO the characters are too generic. Case in point, someone thought the CGI frog prince MAY have been one, but I'm 995 sure it's not. It's a frog prince. It's a frog, with a crown... Not hard for separate artists to generate similar images...
The characters need more quirk to make them stand out... Also, are they keeping the colored tops in the new packaging? You can't tell from the image...
$PLKD-will see huge gains as more and more news is released. This will go ballistic and those who are smart enough to accumulate $PLKD!!
