Componenta has on 22 August 2014 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, concerning the shares of Componenta Corporation.
“The holding of Oy Högfors-Trading Ab, where Heikki Lehtonen exercises control, in Componenta Corporation’s shares and voting rights has exdeeded 15% and the holding of Cabana Trade A.S., where Heikki Lehtonen exercises control, in Componenta Corporation’s shares and voting rights has fallen below 10%. The changes in shareholding are related to the Share Issue (”Private Placement”) where 15 million shares were directed to a limited group of selected investors as described in the stock exchange release announced on 15 August 2014 by Componenta.
