It was posted on the board in the last 3 months. From previous posts years ago, if memory serves me, they stated Fannie paid out approx. $2 billion annually to junior preferred coupons.
But, that was discussion 5 years plus. Obi might provide direction on the source of number of holders and shares. Because they all have different rates, using the $2 may be better by deduction to help determine a common share value.

Wow, that is embarrassing and pretty low of Bove to try and use the Ferguson issue to propel the FNMA/FMCC discussion. Perhaps, if he he had been involved or a proponent for social equality prior to this his comparison would have more merit. I was thinking to myself how stupid this guy must be and how his BS is causing more harm than help for the FNMA/FMCC cause, but then I remembered he is on FOX news.
