Hi PB. I pay close attention to your posts/DD/views. Thanks. My question: What I'm not quite getting, is that due to regulatory differences between the US co. BBRD and the Israeli co. SDE, they needed BBRD to merge with WERPO (which seems like just another shell co.) a DIFFERENT Israeli company, but still an Israeli company just like SDE, who SOMEHOW will (but does not now) assume all (100%) SDE's assets? Not quite understanding how this is going to work. I'm in for 650k shares right now, and believe it'll pan out, but what am I missing?

My question is, why cant we find these projects? Have they even been started? If yes, we're looking at $1million profit from this alone. If not, I'm worried they have nothing to show us other than some small projects theyve completed

Very well written thought out post. Appreciated you and few more old time long holders are still here and share your thought on BBRD. As I view this Name change is a very good new for us but at the same time I also concerns on the issue that statement isn't clear said "shall be" on all the asset, revenues, IP. technology....That is bother me because by stated "Shall be" could mean nothing is in stone yet. What do you think???

The website has it all there just odd in fashion; nothing that can't be fixed... there 3 FB presences; odd to, one being Shemuel's and his son just put up a link per desalination n iodine few months back... think its son.
