APT has petitioned the courts with a plan they desperately hope will provide "a solution to end the "Ironridge dilution" (THEIR words)" and allow them to "produce and ship orders through the end of 2014."
As of today I've seen no evidence whatsoever that such a plan has been approved. It's certainly not reflected in the stock price. Until proof is provided investors must assume Ironridge is still involved and "diluting" as APT charges... and that APT will be unable to "produce and ship" those orders as they told the court.
No reverse split for at least a year after a reverse merger...
Gonna be millions on the bid and ask for a while

Yes. You made a good move. Some of us were not as foresighted as you. I too think they may RS but not anytime soon. I believe late this year. Right now they need the stock above a penny to settle with IR. They also have written imo the 2 best shareholder updates I've seen in pinkyland. Keep watching. I look for 016-030 before Oct. There is something good coming here in a major way. We'll see.

Management made a terrible decision when they decided to get in bed with IR. All it took was one look at the filings and reading between the lines for me to jump ship. Nonetheless, this is still one of the few companies trading at these levels with actual potential to become a very profitable and sustainable business. They have a product in a niche market which they can count on banking with the right strategy. The only issue now is whether we can still trust this management to look out for its shareholders. I want steady proof that they can manage their liabilities and treat shareholders as owners of this company. Having watched the PPS beat to a pulp left a sour taste in my mouth especially since I was considering jumping back in when it dropped below a penny. Glad I didn't, but I'll be more upset if I miss the opportunity to bank when this company see's its golden days. I predict a R/S will happen first, 4.5 billion O/S is ridiculous.
frosr6, besides the SEC 12-Month restriction on RS's I wonder what IR-Ironridge would say or do to stop it, since they seem to now own more shares then the 2- owners that started APT/Motovox. to begin with. OUCH!!! IMO

If you read through all the posts you will understand what is going on...somewhat. It has been a complex reverse merger. With a very toxic dilution that brought it down to 0009 in fact. However, the dilution stopped well before 0009 and MTVX is clearly being shorted and 1 tick flipped. However, there are many things coming that will turn this around. And it has begun. That's my take anyway. Buy when there's blood in the streets or sell and walk away. Everyone can do what they want. I'm looking for 0.02-0.03 again.

I have been purchasing shares of FROZ and MTVX for four months. I also find it troubling and bewildering that a company with so much potential seems stuck in quicksand regarding share price. How many positive PRs will it take to get this barge turned around? I'm in for the long haul and still hope for the best, but I thought we'd see more out of this company by now.

The Journey to PennyLand continued today up one tick as was foretold yesterday. We easily could have closed this at .0016 today but why...we're not in a hurry to encourage flipping. Tomorrow will be up one tick minimum, more if the expected 8K outlining the IR deal gets posted. This little bit of gain is only noise ahead of what's to come once the sponsoring MM signs on and the real meaty PRs are printed. Predicted run .01 to .02. I have my tickets for the ride....do you?. Since I'm limited to only one post for now I can't return the admiration. Sorry. GO MTVX. Nut
