If there truly has been a filing and it's in the SEC's hands can anyone verify this alleged fact independent of assumptions or what the CEO might state? Just asking. Too many assumptions being made, and we all know what can happen when we assume. This is looking like nothing more than a lottery ticket any more IMO. Sadly, these current (non)events are making the bashers look quite prophetic. Tweets, FB and investor interractions directly with JR offer hope, but a simple update from JR might be better.
