Using Information on iHub i do see why some must be very vigilant making investments with companies, which are managed by questionable characters.
Advice from iHub and response to Diannedawn post,which is well justified:

Here is my take on it.I'm MTVX shareholder, just so everybody knows. I'm not trying to bash MTVX. This might not come over well, but I wanted to share my perspective. Having had chance to see lock of progress. I've come to realize over the past few months that there is a whole lot of misinformation as well as lack of transparency. Unfortunately, there is no lack of hidden agendas.
After I have tried to examine all possible other explanations, I must agree that there is something going on and for sure it may not be in the best interest of MTVX shareholders. I acquired my shares a while ago, still waiting to see some positive results from management. I do refuse to pretend everything is well, I can’t be fooling myself the way MTVX is fooling all of us.Lack of
character and shady dealings of management is very worrisome.I have always been taught that Management in business is the function that coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals,so far it's not happening here.It's been stated here on numerous occasions that character and morality doesn't matter.That's just plain wrong.So far, all that we are getting from MTVX is as follows: "We anticipate," "We believe," "We expect,'' "We intend," "We plan," and please, don't get me wrong,it's called "Forward-Looking Statements" i get it.But all these contracts and look at PPS.Something just doesn't make sense. Also,all these NDA agreements,there is so much confidentiality going on,unbelievable.
Btw, there is the truth to that statement about "ELITE" shareholders. Some are definitely getting insider info, to which most of us are not privilege. We are not privilege to that because some of us refuse to wear rose -colored glasses.We are not "Elite Club Members" but in the meantime, we are supporting company.
Please don't despise me,i'm just very disappointed investor and my views expressed are personal and should not be construed as bashing.I did and try to look on the bright side but so far i can't see any positive angle.

The Journey to PennyLand continued today up one tick as was foretold yesterday. We easily could have closed this at .0016 today but why...we're not in a hurry to encourage flipping. Tomorrow will be up one tick minimum, more if the expected 8K outlining the IR deal gets posted. This little bit of gain is only noise ahead of what's to come once the sponsoring MM signs on and the real meaty PRs are printed. Predicted run .01 to .02. I have my tickets for the ride....do you?. Since I'm limited to only one post for now I can't return the admiration. Sorry. GO MTVX. Nut

The difference between cheap and worthless is pretty slim.
There is a 12 or 18 month restriction on r/s for all companies that have gone public after a reverse merger. This is not a rule specific for MTVX which is why you won't find it in any filing. Please go to the SEC or FINRA website to find more information on the subject.
Current price $0.0015 is so cheap. This will easily reach $0.01 in a few months. Already their orders to Latin America have doubled. What more do you want ?
