Garth mentioned he was working on something international. Maybe it's a done deal which cemented the two board members coming on board, which is why we got the official 8K today. Maybe the two were contingent upon the full sell out of the IPO.
There was a JV with a mining company a few years ago in I think Nevada. I wonder if they are about to bring on board a JV mining company to work in Quebec.
