Where can I find where CEO Robert Rico or Publix ever stated that there is currently a NDA in place? I'm not seeing anything. TIA

As long as the company is not incurring more debt, hmmm,
that means solvency...a good goal...for a strong company.

This is an awesome company, But they need to smarten up. Investor's are not unaware of this share game!!

Yeah that is definitely true as well. I guess in my view they probably see future growth (due to pump or actual evidence). With the amount of shares they have two ticks upward would yield them enough extra $ to stick around. I guess you never know though, if they have a more lucrative opportunity financing elsewhere they could induce sell-off.
it would be true if you were referring to retail investors when mentioning "greed" to Asher this is everyday business and they can care less about greed its all business! If they see future growth they will hold if not ITS DUMP TIME!
I agree totally. Regardless of how many shares have been converted I would imagine that they hold on to them for a bit until a trading session with a strong push upwards. Chart-wise that would be a good decision for them, and any news along the way will reiterate that position.
